Warren Manuel – President and CEO
Warren has been responsible for the creation and explosive growth of two highly successful companies in his career. As a life long entrepreneur and using a new communication medium “the internet”, he programmed groundbreaking first ever web based tools while creating WEB-MGI, which he grew into the largest company of it’s kind in the US. Having worked in rural markets for over 40 years Warren recognized a social need for Broadband to serve Rural America and he started VABB in May 2003, now the largest wireless Internet service provider in Virginia.

Mark Davis – VP of Voice Services
Mark retired from AT&T as the only DMTS to have won the coveted “Chairman’s Quality Award” based on the Malcolm Baldrige Quality criterion. He won this award during his stewardship of the domestic SS7 network. Mark was accountable for over 12 major office conversions culminating in the nationwide deployment of number portability. After retirement Mark took over the Technical Leadership of Chariton Valley Telephone Company where he lead the implementation of a Gig-E optical ring serving 7 towns with fiber optics to the home enabling a full VOIP deployment. Moving to Virginia, Mark headed the VoIP business for GlobalPhone and was responsible for 600,000 VoIP customers worldwide. Mark joined VABB in 2007 and lives in Gainesville VA with his wife.

Mark Williams – National Sales Director
Mr. Williams brings a distinguished track record of goal-oriented accomplishments to PrimeVoice. Mark is responsible for driving the PrimeVoice Agent Sales channel activities throughout the US. With over 13 years of sales management and telecom business operations experience, Williams most recently propelled Net Telcos, an SMB focused Managed Hosting and Data Center, from a heavily churning business to a stable growth oriented trajectory, then as its Sales Director. Under Mark’s direction, Net Telcos won numerous strategic customers based on its brand awareness, products, and customer service. Previously Mark served as Senior Data Sales Engineer at Level 3 Communications working with Fortune 1000 companies with IP centric service needs such as MPLS and VoIP. In a telecom career that started in 1997, Mark worked in physics and engineering roles for leading organizations such as NASA, Exxon, Dominion Telecom, and TelCove. Mark received his Bachelors of Science in Physics from Longwood University and completed his Masters of Engineering at Virginia Tech.
