PrimeVoice has been in business since 2005. PrimeVoice and partners manage over ten thousand corporate phone systems in 45 states throughout the United States comprised of over 500,000 active endpoints.
 
•    We provide international phone card services to over 30,000 corporate and individual accounts and over 2.5 million international accounts
 
•    Our customers are located in over 130 countries throughout the world. We have points of presence in 113 countries comprised of individuals, businesses, government, and military organizations.
 

PrimeVoice uses VoIP-based voice switches from world-class manufacturers. The redundant switches known as NetSapiens are located in bunker datacenters geographically separate within the USA. PrimeVoice and partners maintain business relationships with many of the world’s largest carriers including, Level(3), AT&T, CenturyLink, TATA, iBasis, and Verizon to provide the underlying network. We guarantee we will provide high-quality and innovative international telecommunications market services. We have a reputation for building and maintaining relationships with our partners and customers. We have the resources to supply a creative approach to enabling technology. We are privately owned, located in VA. All support staff is USA based. We are a rapidly growing business and have been in business since 2005.

Leadership Team

Mark Davis

PrimeVoice Founder

Mark is the founder of PrimeVoice. He retired from AT&T as the only DMTS to have won the coveted “Chairman’s Quality Award” based on the Malcolm Baldrige Quality criterion. He won this award during his stewardship of the domestic SS7 network. Mark was accountable for over 12 major office conversions culminating in the nationwide deployment of number portability. After retirement Mark took over the Technical Leadership of Chariton Valley Telephone Company where he lead the implementation of a Gig-E optical ring serving 7 towns with fiber optics to the home enabling a full VOIP deployment. Moving to Virginia, Mark headed the VoIP business for GlobalPhone and was responsible for 500,000 VoIP customers worldwide. Mark lives in Gainesville, VA with his wife.
